BIOGRAPHY
PHELAN O´HARA (*1940) was born in Hardingstone, England and settled in Bremen, Germany. His works show eloquent contrasts, such as pink and green or dark and light. Profound topics are concealed in his seemingly decent painterly technique (“The Crucifixion”). Paintings inspired by his friends’ works (Joachim Elzmann and Paul Roxi) testify to O’Hara’s skills as a painter and person capable of spiritual identification.
